Heavy-duty sacrificial protection for demanding assets.

Single-component, fast-drying zinc coating containing 88% (±2%) zinc in the dry film; designed as a field-applicable alternative to hot-dip galvanizing or metallizing in demanding industrial and marine applications.

Application temperature: −5°C to +37°C

Service temperature: −62°C to +120°C

ZINQCOAT technology works not merely as a passive layer on steel, but in direct interaction with the steel.

Heavy-duty system: Provides resistance to impact and immersion in fresh or salt water in demanding industrial, marine, and infrastructure assets.

Defined film thickness: Dry film thickness is selected between 50–75 µm and 200–225 µm depending on steel thickness.

Duplex system synergy Compatible two-component epoxy or polyurethane topcoats can be applied; alkyd topcoats should be avoided.

Verified performance: Documented references include ASTM A780, SSPC-SP20 Type II Level 1, and ASTM D520 Type III zinc dust.
