Active zinc protection for structural steel and pipelines.

Single-component, ready-to-use coating containing 96% ultra-pure zinc in the dry film; developed for new steel, galvanized surfaces, and corrosion-damaged structures in environments up to C5M-VH and CX.

ZINQCOAT technology works on steel not merely as a passive layer, but in direct interaction with the steel.

Active sacrificial protection: By establishing an electrochemical bond with the steel, it helps protect exposed areas even after physical damage.

Field-ready application: Dries quickly under conditions of 30–99% relative humidity; the surface must be clean and dry.

Defined performance: Offers a typical 80 µm dry film thickness, 6.85 m²/L theoretical spreading rate, and a matte light gray RAL 7001 appearance.

Flexible topcoat options: Compatible with many paint systems with proper conditioning; alkyd topcoats should be avoided.
